1. How do I register for a conference?
You may register by mail, fax or phone:
- Complete and mail or fax a printed registration form from the brochure for the course. Enclose a check or information for Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express. Detailed brochures are available three to six months ahead of a course. To obtain a printed brochure:
- Brochures are mailed to prospective attendees in advance of the course.
- Brochures are available on-line for printing. Go to www.neoucom.edu/cme, select the course, open the brochure registration PDF file and print it.
- You may phone 330-325-6575 or 1-877-325-1212 (toll-free), fax 330-325-5929 or send an e-mail to the Office of CPE for a brochure to be mailed to you.

- Phone the Office of CPE (330-325-6575 or 877-325-1212) Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to register using Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express.
2. What methods of payment are accepted?
- Check.
- Checks should be made payable to NEOUCOM-CPE, in US funds. On the memo line of the check please note the name and date of the course.
- Credit card.
- We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard or American Express. Indicate the type of credit card used, the name of the cardholder, the card number, the card expiration date, the billing address zip code and the dollar amount to be charged.
3. What is your policy regarding cancellations?
The refund policy for a specific course is listed on the brochure for that course. (You may view the brochure by clicking on the "Calendar" section of the CPE home page and following the links.)

4. Will I receive a receipt and confirmation for my registration?
Yes, we will mail to you a receipt and confirmation along with specific course information (e.g. parking information, lodging, etc.) You will not receive a confirmation number and it is not necessary to provide your confirmation at the conference.
5. How should I make arrangements for a hotel?
Hotel arrangements are made separately from course registration. Make your hotel reservations directly with the hotel. Course brochures include forms and other information to assist you. (You may view a complete brochure by clicking on the "Calendar" link from the CPE home page and scrolling to the appropriate course.)
