The Office of Applications Development is responsible for managing the administrative data environment for the College community, including support for administrative software systems, information reporting, custom system development, and project management services.   Technology project management services include planning, prioritizing, tracking, and implementation of solutions for the NEOUCOM community.

Banner System Support

  
The office of Applications Development offers Banner System Support services for our administrative Banner system, as well as the Self-Service Banner Applications. In addition to providing direct support services, dedicated technical specialists also help investigate the best solutions for effectively using Banner.

Banner System Support specialists can be reached from to M-F.

Banner Administration

 New accounts are added to NEOUCOM's Banner system as part of the new account setup process, which includes email and network accounts.   Changes to Banner security must be requested through the module Team Leader.
 

 

Banner patches and releases are applied to the production system monthly, according to the Banner Upgrade Schedule.  NEOUCOM is currently running Banner 7.x. 

 

Software Development

Programming specialists provide programming services in support of the implementation of additional Banner functionality, new reporting requests, and automation enhancements for productivity improvements.
